• Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information from your business profile

When you become a client and connect your Google Business Profile, we access profile details, reviews, posts, photos, questions, insights and ranking data so we can manage and report on your profile.

Information about your customers

Our services send review requests and missed call text backs, and our AI receptionist answers calls for your business. To do this, we process the names, phone numbers, messages and call details of your customers. We process this information on your behalf and only to provide the services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we collect basic technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the site that sent you to us.

2. How we use information

• To schedule and hold calls you book with us.

3. Google account data

If you connect a Google account, we only use the access you grant to manage your Google Business Profile and produce your reports. We do not use Google user data to serve ads. We do not sell it. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide or improve the services you asked for, to comply with the law, or with your consent.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove our access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

4. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your audit, your appointments, your account and our services. How often we text depends on how you use our services. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply HELP for help.

Texts we send for our clients, such as review requests and missed call text backs, are sent on behalf of that business. To stop those texts, reply STOP to the message.

5. Calls and the AI receptionist

Calls to our clients may be answered by an AI receptionist. These calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up, book appointments and improve service. Callers are told when a call is answered by AI where the law requires it.

Calls with our team may also be recorded for quality and training.

6. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business and provide our services. This includes:

• Service providers that host our systems, send texts and emails, run our calendar and CRM, process payments, and power our AI receptionist.
• Google and the online directories we manage for you, when we publish or update your business information.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
• A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.

Our providers may only use your information to perform work for us.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep our site working, remember your settings, and understand how visitors use the site. We may also use them to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide the services, meet legal and tax requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
